As the only free, local food bank within 90 miles, the Hunger Task Force plays a critical role in supporting neighbors facing food insecurity. In 2024 alone, they distributed approximately 2.7 million pounds of food, impacting nearly 405,000 individuals across our service area. Our speaker will share more about their mission and the programs that make this work possible—from food recovery and community gardening to supporting local seniors.
